Chinese mobile manufacturer, Lenovo has introduced its latest budget smartphone in India, the Lenovo A328 at a price of Rs. 7,299. The dual SIM smartphone can be purchased from company’s retail stores beginning Wednesday.
The device features a 4.5-inch screen with FWVGA display and a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. The operating system is Android 4.4 Kitkat and the smartphone packs a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.
The rear camera quality is 5MP fixed focus with flash and it also carries a 2MP front facing camera. The inbuilt storage capacity is 4GB that can be further extended up to 32GB using microSD card.
The capacity of its internal battery is 2000mAh which allows up to 21 hours of 2G usage and up to 240 hours of idle time. The various connectivity options include GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB and 3.5mm audio port. The smartphone has been launched in black and white colors.
Its dimensions are 132 x 68.5 x 11 mm and its weight is 140 grams.
Various other features and apps that come along with the handset and enhance its efficiency are the SHAREit app to help in sharing data between two devices without using Wi-Fi or mobile data, SECUREit to keep a track and evaluate data usage and the SYNCit app that allows users to maintain data back-up.
