iBall has launched its first ever 3G business tablet in India called the Slide WQ32 available at Rs. 16,999. It runs the Windows 8.1 platform and is powered by Intel Atom in association with Microsoft and Intel. It would be available for purchase within a few weeks.
The tablet offers certain freebies including 1 year free subscription of Microsoft Office, 1TB of OneDrive Cloud storage space free for a year, Firewall and Windows Defender Antivirus.
The screen size is 8-inches with an IPS display and screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, The inbuilt processor is 1.33 GHz Intel Atom Z3735D along with 2GB of DDR3 RAM. The storage capacity is 16GB that can further be extended up to 64 GB using microSD card. The autofocus rear camera is 5MP plus a 2MP front facing camera on board.
The unique selling point of the tablet is its ability to a wide range of accessories including keyboard, mouse, projector, scanner and speaker. The various connectivity options include Micro-USB, Wi-Fi, 3G and USB OTG. The capacity of battery is 14Wh and its weight is 354 grams.
