LG has launched second-generation curved display smartphone the LG G Flex2 in India in March 2015, priced at Rs. 55,000. The G Flex2 smartphone is powered by a Qualcom Snapdragon 810 (a 64-bit octa-core SoC) processor coupled with an Adreno 430 GPU and 2GB of LPDDR4 RAM. The curved display screen also includes a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 security feature. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Display and Battery:
It is a 5.5-inch full-HD curved P-OLED display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution that offers a pixel density of 403ppi. The LG G Flex2 smartphone measures 149.1×75.3×7.1 – 9.4mm and weighs 152grams. It is backed by a non-removable 3900mAh battery.
Camera and Storage:
The LG G Flex2 comes with 13MP rear autofocus camera along with optical image stabilisation (OIS+), dual-LED two-tone flash, and laser-guided autofocus. It has 2.1 MP front facing camera. Its inbuilt storage capacity is 16GB/32GB that are expandable via microSD card.
The single SIM smartphone supports 4G LTE-A with tri-band carrier aggregation, HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth Smart Ready (Apt-X) 4.1, NFC, SlimPort, GPS/ A-GPS, GLONASS, and USB 2.0.
